PROJECT OVERVIEW
The project involved the removal of existing coverings and the installation of a high performance felt and liquid system to a fully operational hospital across over 25 roof areas.
It involved collaboration between the contractor and the Trust to disconnect AHU and AC units, liaise with internal stakeholders and undertake many complicated details.
The project also involved the re-cladding of tank rooms and the construction of numerous AHU enclosures.
The project was challenging as it involved working through the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, ensuring that hospital operations remained at full capacity whilst major refurbishment works were undertaken was vital.
