Superdrug Dorking: Flat Roofing

A flat roofing and associated refurbishment project undertaken in Dorking.

This project involved the removal of the existing waterproofing system, and installation of a new tapered insulation scheme and high performance built up felt system.

In addition a reinforced liquid waterproofing system was installed to balconies and finished with a rubber finished protective promenade tile.

Due to the age of the building, extensive remedial works were undertaken to the internal downpipes and associated drainage system.

A variety of brickwork and external masonry repairs were undertaken, with the project finishing within budget.
