Project Challenges and Solutions.
One of the project’s main challenges was addressing historical issues in the roof design. A tapered insulation scheme was introduced to redirect water towards the middle of the roofs, optimising drainage towards the outlets.
However, the complexity heightened as the project unfolded, requiring alterations to the tapered insulation design for seamless integration.
The adaptability of our project team was tested when structural issues, including a saturated woodwall slab required replacement. This involved exposing roof joists, redecking the entire roof, and modifying the design to accommodate the unexpected challenges.

Rigorous planning addressed the unforeseen structural challenges, and efficient logistics overcame site constraints. Despite variations and complexities, the project adhered to budget constraints, delivering value to the client.
