PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project involved the entire external refurbishment and roof replacement of a Grade II listed building in the South of England.
The works undertaken included the complete refurbishment of the roof and all associated structural elements. The coverings were replaced with Westmoreland slates and fine lead works undertaken throughout.
To ensure the building was returned to it’s intended state, various external refurbishment work was undertaken, including masonry repairs and replacement, the re-building of all the chimneys, significant re-pointing works, window repair and replacement and finally the redecoration of the entire building facade.
The project was completed on time and within the clients budget.
