PROJECT OVERVIEW
To enhance the appearance of the building and provide a long term solution the Client decided to convert the two flat roofs over these office blocks to pitched roofs. A lightweight steel frame works was resin fixed to the concrete frame work and then clad with lightweight pressed metal roof tile panels. A lightening conductor system, some alterations to the drainage and new metal fascias, gutters and downpipes completed the scheme.
