Cressy House: A Heritage Roofing & External Refurbishment Project

This heritage roofing project in the heart of Stepney Green, East London, involved the renewal of roof coverings using Welsh slates, re-cladding a copper dome, lead work, substantial window repairs, brick work repairs and other external refurbishment of this historic residential block of flats.

We worked closely with the tenants of this listed building to gain access to each property, internally and externally, to carry out window repairs using high quality resins. The high-quality specification and workmanship ensured the exterior of the building remained un-changed from its original 19^th century appearance.
