Church Roofing & Refurbishment: St Anselm’s Church

Being involved from survey stage meant we were able to provide input on the choice of traditional products and materials for the successful restoration of this church roofing project at this historic Catholic church.

The works to this heritage building included the installation of natural slates across 10 roof slopes, extensive lead work throughout, the refurbishment of 6 flat roof areas and the restoration of large areas of masonry. On completion, the guttering and rainwater goods were restored, ensuring the successful refurbishment of this wonderful church.

The works were undertaken during lockdown, and Covid-19 restrictions meant working with smaller teams and adhering to social distancing guidelines.

The ability to adopt a partnering relationship and work closely and collaboratively with the Church ensured a highly successful and well-delivered project.
