FEATURED CASE STUDY
We were proud to continue our long-term partnership with the University of Surrey, delivering another phase of its student accommodation refurbishment programme.
The project involved replacing asbestos cement slates across multiple residential blocks with new natural slate, upgrading insulation, and renewing zinc roof features and roofline details. Velux windows were also replaced as part of the works.
Despite limited building access and summer term occupancy, the project was delivered safely, to programme, and in line with all university health and safety protocols—maintaining the award-winning standards set on earlier phases.
