As Office Manager, Tracy is at the heart of Maguire Brothers’ operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business functions across HR, Marketing, Employee Relations and Production Coordination. With a lifelong career in business support, Tracy brings a wealth of experience and an exceptional eye for detail to everything she does.

Originally from California, she has worked across a variety of industries in both the UK and the US, developing a versatile skillset that blends commercial awareness with creative problem-solving. She’s known for her ability to simplify complex processes, streamline workflows and improve productivity – all while keeping the office upbeat and organised.
An integral part of the Maguire Brothers team, Tracy’s combination of efficiency, positivity and creativity helps keep the business running at its best. Outside of work, she’s an avid reader and gig go-er, proud French Bulldog mum, and self-confessed enthusiast of the exclamation mark!
