As Founder and Managing Director, Francis has led Maguire Brothers since establishing the business in 1979.
With over half a century of experience Francis has developed exceptional technical knowledge and industry insight. He is passionate about sharing this knowledge with his clients and employees, providing advice and guidance to help find solutions to client’s problems and ensure expectations are met. This transparent, collaborative approach has been key to building the company’s enviable reputation for professional integrity and excellent service.
“For me, Maguire Brothers has always been about more than roofing - it’s about people, relationships, and doing things the right way. That’s what’s built our reputation and what continues to drive us forward.”
Francis has now been joined by his son Milos and his daughter Maria and Maguire Brothers remains a proud family-run company centred around a core of family values, including teamwork work, support, respect, honesty and trust, which influence everything from daily interactions to major decisions.
A Fellow of the Institute of Roofing, Francis continues to drive Maguire Brothers forward with a particular focus on adopting new technologies, innovation, quality and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, he’s a keen cyclist, loves art and the theatre and is a devoted family man and proud grandfather to Jude Maguire, who might one day represent the next generation of Maguires!
