BROADGATE, LONDON
A prestigious design and build project for a major American Bank involving the installation of over 3000sqm of new roof coverings, upgrading insulation and the removal of redundant plant and equipment. Access was severely restricted due to vast amount of plant on the roof and so a liquid applied system was used which was flexible enough to allow installation in the most restricted areas. To reduce inconvenience to the traders the work was carried out at night and all deliveries and clearances took place at weekends
