Leading South East Roofing Contractor, Maguire Brothers, has recently been appointed to re-roof all 15 roofs comprising Dorking Hospital in Surrey.

The contract, worth £360,000, involves a mixture of disciplines including re-tiling pitched roofs, recovering flat roofs and adapting parapet detailing. The hospital will remain fully operational during the roofing work and Maguire Brothers will be installing temporary roofs to protect all roof areas.

Francis Maguire, partner of Maguire Brothers commented, “We have worked very closely with the architects, Clarke and Renner, to ensure that all hospital staff and patients will be able to continue with their day-to-day activity in safety. The temporary roofs, which are currently being constructed, will protect the activity of the hospital during the re-roofing works”.
